"A December Evening Falls on Indian Lake" ~ Returning home from an afternoon of playing around with my camera I noticed how cool the light looked on the lake as I about to turn up my street. I quickly pulled over and grabbed my camera and tripod, jumped out of my car and this is what I got.

"A Grey Day at the Old Fish factory" ~ The Crab Island Fish Factory (both island name and factory name up for debate) was built in 1930, one of a number of fish processing plants along the mid Atlantic Coast. Now abandoned it is located at the mouth of Great Bay and in the shadows of the Atlantic City NJ.

"Jerry at Holgate" ~ At the most southern end of Long Beach Island, NJ is the town of Holgate. Jetties like these can be found down the entire length of LBI.

"Winter at the Newfoundland Station" ~ Newfoundland train station built in 1872 and is located northern Morris county, New Jersey. This the the station where the movie "The Station Agent" was filmed.

"Mount Hood from Lost Lake" ~ Lost Lake is secluded in the Mt. Hood National Forest away from the noise, traffic and city lights. The lake sits in the shadow of Mt. Hood, a dormant volcano whose last major eruption occurred in the 1790's not long before Lewis and Clark's expedition to the Pacific Northwest.

"The Barber Chair" ~ The Barber Chair at Eastern State Penitentiary. The Eastern State Penitentiary is a former prison in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was operational from 1829 until 1971. Notorious criminals such as bank robber Willie Sutton and Al Capone were held inside its unique wagon wheel design. The prison was closed and abandoned in 1971. During the abandoned era (from closing until the late 80s) a "forest" grew in the cell blocks and outside within the walls. In 1988, the Eastern State Penitentiary Task Force successfully petitioned Mayor Wilson Goode to halt redevelopment. In 1994, Eastern State opened to the public for historic tours.

"Multnomah Falls" ~ On the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge, along the Historic Columbia River Highway. Multnomah Falls is the tallest waterfall in Oregon.
